This game was created to coincide with the New Line Cinema movie release in December 2007, which in turn was adapted from Philip Pullman’s novel, Northern Lights (The Golden Compass in the USA). The game follows the plot of book and movie, where Lyra sets forth on an extraordinary journey north to rescue kidnapped children. It is a beautifully designed game that complements in every way, the astonishing saga written by Pullman. It will appeal both to gamers and fans of the novels and the movie.
